If you are ready to book the first step is to check availability for your desired departure. Simply fill out and submit the trip request form below and we will be back in touch by phone, email or Skype.

Booking Process

  1. SUBMIT TRIP REQUEST → Check availability by submitting a trip request. *This does not constitute a booking and space is not guaranteed for your desired departure.
  2. HOLD YOUR SPOT → Once we have confirmed availability, a reply from you via email indicating you would like to book the trip will hold your reservation for 48 hours.
  3. SECURE RESERVATION → A non-refundable $500 deposit per passenger is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure.
  4. CONFIRMATION EMAIL → Upon receipt of deposit, your secured reservation will be confirmed by email. *Do not book any flights until you receive this email!
  5. PREPARE FOR YOUR TRIP → Pack, buy those new trail runners, arrange flights – you are going to Galapagos!
