Guayo - Galapagos Park Guide
Eduardo is a native of the island of Santa Cruz in the Galapagos where the Charles Darwin Research Station located. Guayo, his nickname since childhood, had the opportunity to work at the CDRS after finishing school. He worked with the famous giant tortoises and land iguanas in captivity learning about the breeding and reintroducing processes vital to repopulating the islands. Guayo was also able to do volunteer work with the sea turtles as well before completing the Naturalist Guide Course in 2009. His favorite animal is the hammerhead shark. Guayo is one the most enthusiastic new members of our team and fast becoming one of our best guides.
"I would love to teach and share with you every little space of our beautiful islands. Come and join us!"
