A new sushi and seafood joint is coming to town in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.<\/p>\n

With an ideal sunset location along the malec\u00f3n, the soon to be opened Midori Sushi Pub is\u00a0opening in the Galapagos Islands.<\/p>\n

Taking over the location that was previously home to Deep Blue restaurant, the new entry to the dining scene on San Cristobal\u00a0is being dressed up nicely, with the addition of a second floor bar area, which will surely become a prime place for late afternoon drinks.<\/p>\n

It seems San Cristobal may be getting a little bit of style and flair, which has previously only been seen over on Puerto Ayora in Santa Cruz Island. We’re anxious to see if this turns out to be a new spot to eat in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno! The second floor TV and bar setting looks\u00a0like it could draw in a nice crowd.<\/p>\n

By the speed of the construction progress, it would seem that Midori is on the fast track to open as soon as possible. The sign outside says November 28th is opening day.<\/p>\n
