Payments

Upon booking a trip, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required.  The balance of the trip cost is due no less than 60 days from the departure date.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. The date the letter or email is received by GALAKIWI will determine the cancellation charges applicable.

Cancellations made with more than 60 days before departure result in a lose of the deposit ($500).

Cancellations made 60-14 days before departure result in a lose of 50% of the tour cost.

Cancellations made 14 days before departure result in a lose of 100% of the tour cost.
