For Gaby, every trip begins with a promise: to make it smooth, stress-free, and unforgettable. As Galakiwi’s Operations Coordinator, she keeps everything running like clockwork, planning, organizing, and coordinating bookings, logistics, and communications so each journey starts seamlessly, long before guests set foot on the islands.

Originally from Quito, Gaby brings more than a decade of tourism experience, fueled by a deep love for sharing Ecuador’s beauty and working hand-in-hand with local partners. Her constancy, responsibility, and proactive spirit mean nothing slips through the cracks, while her warm, talkative nature makes her a natural at building lasting connections with our local providers.

For Gaby, land-based, sustainable travel is the best way to discover the Galápagos’ hidden corners while preserving its delicate ecosystem. Outside of work, she finds joy in cycling through scenic landscapes, enjoying in the fresh air and open spaces.

Her happy place? Isabela Island in all its wild beauty.

Her favorite animal? Dolphins, for their innocence and loyalty.
