Unless otherwise stated, all prices for our tours and services are in US$.
Upon booking a trip, a non-refundable deposit of $500US per person is required. The balance of the trip cost is due no less than 60 days from the departure date.
Cancellations must be made in writing. The date the letter or email is received by Galakiwi will determine the cancellation charges applicable.
Cancellations made with more than 60 days before departure result in a loss of the deposit ($500US per person).
Cancellations made 60-31 days before departure result in a loss of 50% of the tour cost.
Cancellations made 30 days before departure result in a loss of 100% of the tour cost.
