With strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit, she plays a key role in project administration, coordinating permits, certifications, and sustainability initiatives that ensure our company upholds the highest standards of responsible tourism.

Her main focus is leading Galakiwi’s sustainability certification process, ensuring that every part of our work reflects our values of responsibility, quality, and care for the islands.

With a background in education, science, and environmental work, Silvia brings a deep understanding of the Galápagos and its delicate balance between conservation and community. She’s passionate about ensuring that tourism benefits both nature and local people alike.

Living in the Galápagos, Silvia finds daily inspiration in the ocean, the islands’ quiet beauty, and her favorite viewpoint, Mirador La Soledad on San Cristóbal.

Her favorite animal? The graceful and resilient sea turtle, a perfect symbol of balance, endurance, and harmony with nature.
