Galakiwi Team Week 2025: Celebrating Connection, Growth, and a New Year Ahead

Earlier this month, we gathered for one of our favorite traditions: Galakiwi Team Week, a special time dedicated to connection, reflection, and planning for the year to come.

What Is Team Week?

Team Week is when the entire Galakiwi family comes together to look back on our accomplishments from the past year, acknowledge the effort behind every win, and openly share what we hope to achieve moving forward. It’s a moment to realign, recharge, and celebrate the people who make our adventures possible.

Throughout the week, each department organized different activities, from fun mental challenges to sessions exploring procedures and best practices. We also had plenty of time for team reflections, open discussions, and simple games that helped us appreciate one another even more.

One meaningful takeaway came from Karen, a team member from our Sales Department. She shared that Team Week reminded her how Galakiwi truly feels like a family, a group where there is always someone to rely on, and how this week showed once again that we are here to support one another. Her words resonated with all of us.
