Activities and the level of support provided will be carefully considered for each traveler. This is simply a guide to help you envision the possibilities for your own accessible Galapagos adventure.

Welcome to Ecuador

Your Galapagos adventure begins in Quito. On arrival, you'll be met at the airport and transferred to your nearby hotel, where you can settle in, relax and get a good night's rest before your journey to the islands begins.

If you're arriving early, additional experiences in Quito or the surrounding Andean highlands can be arranged.

Your First Galapagos Wildlife Encounters

This morning, fly to San Cristobal, where your Galakiwi guide and support team will be waiting to welcome you to the islands.

After settling into your hotel, head to La Loberia for your first taste of Galapagos wildlife. Sea lions regularly lounge along the shoreline, while marine iguanas can often be spotted among the volcanic rocks.

Adapted mobility equipment can be used where required, and depending on your individual abilities and conditions, there may also be an opportunity to enter the water for an adapted snorkeling experience with personalized support.

Experience One of the Galapagos' Most Iconic Landmarks

Today you'll head out by boat to spectacular Kicker Rock, a dramatic volcanic formation rising from the Pacific Ocean.

For those wanting to explore beneath the surface, adapted snorkeling support can be provided, including flotation aids and assistance from the team. Kicker Rock offers the chance to encounter an incredible variety of marine life.

Prefer to stay on board? The adventure is still well worth it, with opportunities to watch for sea lions, rays, seabirds and other wildlife from the boat.

Return to San Cristobal after lunch, with the rest of the afternoon free to relax and enjoy the island.

Take a scenic inter-island flight to Isabela, the largest island in the Galapagos archipelago.

Explore Isabela's wetlands, where mostly flat trails wind through mangroves, lagoons and coastal habitat. Keep an eye out for flamingos, herons and other birdlife before continuing to the Giant Tortoise Breeding Center to learn about the conservation of these extraordinary animals.

Later, head to the waterfront and bay. Depending on your mobility, preferences and weather conditions, you may have the opportunity to enjoy an adapted kayaking experience along Isabela's beautiful coastline.

Discover Isabela's Volcanic Side

Today, discover the volcanic forces that created the Galapagos with an adapted excursion to Isabela's Sulfur Mines.

Rather than focusing on a strenuous hike, the experience is planned around suitable viewpoints and opportunities to discover the area's fascinating geology. Learn how volcanic processes continue to shape the islands while taking in striking lava formations, colorful sulfur deposits and dramatic highland scenery.

After lunch, return to town and enjoy a free afternoon along Isabela's beachfront.

Explore an Extraordinary Marine World

Today you'll visit Los Tuneles, one of Isabela's most spectacular natural environments. Ancient lava flows have created a maze of arches, bridges and beautiful turquoise pools filled with marine life.

Depending on your individual needs and preferences, experience Los Tuneles through adapted snorkeling, wildlife viewing from the boat or shoreline exploration. Look out for sea turtles, rays, tropical fish, blue-footed boobies and Galapagos penguins.

Return to town for a relaxed final afternoon before gathering together for a farewell dinner and celebrating an unforgettable Galapagos adventure.

Hasta Luego, Galapagos!

Enjoy one final look at the islands as you transfer to Isabela Airport for your flight to Baltra and onward connection to Quito.
